Hi all spoken to mental health team I have panic and anxiety symptoms hopefully I will get an assessment next week more cbt sessions to help my symptoms. It feels so real when I'm in that feeling.I've had the shakes all day but I've kept going because I love my children. Thank you all for your support and understanding you all are truly amazing strong people who deserve to heal xxx
