Wow! Sounds like your doing all the right things! Cuddling your daughter wow! How soothing! What great coping skills! Most importantly eccepting yourself for were you are and giving it time to pass! Wouldnt it help to talk it over with a professional? One can help you deactivate the triggers???

Thinking of you and gaining strength from yours!

Very wise words, Micky!

You are doing great x

It really sounds like you're doing the right things. Everything worth fighting for takes time!

Keep going and one day I'm sure you'll find that life is good.

Take care and best wishes.

Micky14 you sound like a lovely person and and you definitely deserve to be happy! Sometimes it's all you can do to just get through the tough stuff and tell yourself it's going to get better. And it will. Love and light :)
