Just finished another drawing.
It's my cousin's dog, Gunner.
I met up with my cousin and her boyfriend and other family back in the summer.
First time meeting her boyfriend but he was very nice and I was talking to him about my drawings and he commissioned me to draw his and cousin's dog.

When I was talking my cousin’s boyfriend about drawing for them he asked me if I could draw the dog in graphite but colour the nose pink as the dog has a pink nose/birth mark.
I love the nose it looks really unique ..
are you doing Christmas cards this year ?
I did a Christmas cards last year and gave them to family and friends.
I was gonna do a different drawing for this year but I don’t think I will have the time to do so but I can always get an old Christmas-themed drawing printed.
I drew a picture of a robin once and have had that printed a few times.
I’ve also got another picture, it’s a caricature of me dressed as a magician pulling a mini Christmas tree from my top hat.
It’s themed as ‘Christmas magic’.
It’s something a bit different :).
I had the ones you did last year and would like 6 more of an other print if you have them .. I’m happy to have whatever designs you say as I can’t remember what the one was last year 🤔 ( joys of brain injury 😂) but I did remember you did them and they were enjoyed by all that received them
Even I sometimes forget what I drawn and given cards/pictures too.
I even forget some peoples names :).
I might send a pic/card to someone and know who I’m sending too.
But then if I talk to that person again on here months later I might have forgotten there name, so I refer to them by their username haha.
I haven’t forgotten your name cos you sometimes sign off a comment with your name.
I vaguely remember now sending you cards of last years drawing, it was of the reindeer.
I was going to send some cards to family and friends for this year but it would have to be one of my other pics I drew as I haven’t got the time to do a new one.
Possibly the robin or Christmas Magic.

I would have drawn the whole dog in graphite pencil but I was asked if I could colour the nose pink since the dog has a pink nose/birth mark.
I think the ponk nose is the highlight which was why they wanted me to colour it.
I’m always posting my drawings on here as I feel it is something for me to post and I know that others like them too :).
Your drawings always make me smile, and I imagine the pleasure the recipient will have when being given it. Carry on making people happy.

I do take commissions and I will be selling this picture to my cousin and her boyfriend.
Yes, I can draw from photo.
I like to scan any photos so that I have the image on my computer and that way I can then zoom in to certain areas and get more detail :).
I drew a dog for a friend earlier in the year and she took the picture on her phone and printed it off and gave to me to draw.
I then scanned it.
She could have sent me the photo in a text or email but I don’t think she is very computer savvy.

I did do an exhibition in 2019 in the town I live in and I sold one of my pieces as well :).
I was all set to do another exhibit in 2020 but we all know what happened there don’t we.
I was called up later that year when shops were open again about doing another exhibit but turned it down cos I already had an idea that we were going into another lockdown and I was right.
Ever since then I haven’t been interested in doing any more exhibits and plus I am getting out more and going to different places on my own.
