Oh, if only! It is my biggest weakness - lol! Weight loss would be so easy otherwise. :-)

Perhaps you should stop trying to eat chocolate if it makes you feel sick..... I love tuna but I know it will make me sick so I don't eat it.....

I wish I had a problem eating it :-( I have such a sweet tooth I cant lose weight to save my life....literally! BUT I know chocolate (and any other high carb stuff) really really makes my pain and aches much worse.....I only moaned today to my daughter about the amount of pain i was in and she said "have you been eating chocolate again" :-( full of sympathy lol

My daughter is exactly the same - she looks through my cupboards regularly to make sure there are no traces of chocolate!

If I get worse aches and pains, she gives me a straight look - no sympathy at all!

I'm allowed Milky Bar, tho - that doesn't seem to cause problems .

YES! Can't stand the stuff. Don't like most sweet things.

Makes sense....caffiene, dairy and sugar. Theres an easy solution .... Don"t eat it ?

I love mushrooms. Taste, texture and smell.....but within half hour I'm doubled up. It means I can't eat quorn either..its a mushroom base.

I really believe my fibro is down to food sensitivities and my gut leeching toxins into the system. Sugar feeds any Candida that might be floating around, and makes any reaction worse.

We crave the foods we're sensitive to giving that feeling of almost addiction to it. I've found crunching on celery sticks good for break that craving. Don't know why.

Its ok NOT to eat chocolate you know. Find an alternative comfort food. Swedish glace is a wonderful alternative ice cream x

I suffer from eating just 2 or 3 chocolates from a box plus if I have a hot chocolate drink. I do have lactose intolerance so it might be the milk solids. I'm suffering today from eating chocolates last night. Sometimes the stomach ache and nausea doesn't hit me until much later on in the day rather than immediately after eating it. I can do without chocolate and it's only something I've recently found out.
