In my befuddled brain anyway, this is how I am assuming other people are percieving me.

Well I do have a sore head to day. Jaw, sinus, gums and teeth. Alleviated by sinus massage and holding my warm tea cup against my jaw.
A half hour of sitting at the table doing this after having cooked and eaten a small bowl of porridge ( small because for a few days I have felt like I have maybe got some creeping stomach problem so am eating small and plain) and I feel able to walk around and tidy up a bit.
Put the kettle on again and while waiting for it to boil try to do some stretching. Uncrease my shoulders, uncramp legs and thighs, roll head around to loosen neck.
Eye drops in, gabapentin taken, cream on face and hands to rehydrate.
BRAINWAVE.........................I was remembering that once when I lived in a small village \i joined the local WI. They had an excercise class, just gentle stuff and some of the older ladies sat on a chair to do their stretching and bending. Wondering if I could work out similar routine, film me doing it and put it on your tube to share with all you guys.
It has been my motivation all my life to help people, not needed quite so much now by family and friends but still need to do something so that I can feel my life is worth a dime.
Fibro fog clearing a bit now. Eleven hours sleep last night. Four the previous night. Don't know which is worse, too much and you are really stiff in the morning, too little and you dont make it through the day without swaying and bumping into things.
