The West Berkshire Neurological Alliance are holding a focus group on 'Living with two or more long term conditions, for patients and carers in Wokingham, Reading and West Berkshire. They are looking for local patient representatives to take part.
The focus group will be held on the afternoon of 25th March, from 1.45pm, at The Holiday Inn, Padworth.
