Fibro/cfs is a bit like running a bank account if you keep it topped up your ok to deal with paying things out etc
but with fibro/cfs the funds going in are slow to arrive/take longer to replenish so the out goings are more so you become over drawn there are odd benefits you can get to help account in short term to defer balance/payments etc
Now this is the tricky part! all have to be paid back now once overdrawn you have to pay it all back plus interest and service charges etc
which is the part many never understand so that £20 now costs you £25 or more as your straining to pay.
So you have done X so normally sleep for X is ok but in our case we have to sleep for XY and could be Z to balance the books!
So anyone asked what it's like to live with you can use this analogy quite simple for them to understand?(hopefully) amend it as you see fit plus add to here as i just thought about this on spur of moment and thought would post up.
