What lovely people you are here, there are many who read and understand, thank you for your kind words. I thought I had a few friends in work but not heard from any since I lost my Job, but I know people have busy lives. I appreciate your kind comments and Im glad I am on this site, gives you a light in the tunnel and thank God eh, so if your feeling fed up and down like I was recently, get it down on here get it off your mind and use this site as an aid to help you, I am, Love and luck to you all Sue x x

I think most of us have had days when we don't know where to turn, or what to do, but sometimes just getting it all down in writing and hearing what others think can give you the strength to carry on.

i feel the same even freinds i had for years out of york soon disappeard and if it wasent for my family and this site the only people i would speak to are doctors

I know exactly how you feel! I'm so glad I came across this forum too. It's so good to 'meet' people who know EXACTLY how I'm feeling. Sometimes I read posts and think that they are words I could have wrtitten. Then other times I enjoy the humour and banter that Allow me to socialise without athe physical effort!! It's a great site, glad to know its not just the questions and answers that help but sometimes the stupid bits as well because I know many of us don't get out and about as much as we would like to it is easy to have a laugh in your own room with someone who knows what your life is like

I have found information, support, and understanding on this site. All of which are valuable, and help me through the day, and through the difficult times. But it's the humour that brings me back time and again.
