Watching it now.

Not on a disability point but as an Employer

I registered on a programme to take on an Employee and i and the employee would benefit financially .. Well what a load of bull!!

Now in this particular programme 'lying thieving b*stewards!!

Shocking annoying and infuriating .

Shocking programme - I am speechless!

Well at least we know now why it's so hard to get DLA , ESA etc .... Other people's wages need paying

Yes - it appears that any money saved by cutting benefits will be more than balanced by the huge profits of these unscrupulous firms!

As the victorian poet remarked:

"It's the same the whole world over,

It's the poor that gets the blame,

It's the rich that gets the pleasure,

Ain't it all a bl***y shame."

Angrily ... Moffy :(

Hi all can't agree more its a farce !!!!! That's why I'm so pationate about appealing for ESA or dla even though its so hard on us because of pain and lack of energy if your in the middle of the trying to get benefits. Get help to fill forms !!!!! Don't give up !!!!!

We now know what happens if we give in !!!!

I have now been on ESA (work related group) for a year and a half. I have never had an appointment with an advisor. No phone calls, no help, nothing. Why have they put me in this group when they have no intention of actively helping me into work ? It is laughable really, they know they can't get us a job but hold the fear of losing our benefit over our heads if we don't comply. It is about time they concentrated on the people who have no disabilities and who are just bone idle. I worked all my adult life, I raised my daughter as a single parent, but now I need help they make me feel like I'm a scrounger ! If I suddenly woke one day and was totally pain free (and knew this was permanent) then I would move heaven and earth to get a job. My self-esteem is non-existent without work having looked after myself most of my adult life. Do they not realise that none of us have asked for this to happen to us ?

How right you are. I'm not sure about getting a job but at least I would be straight back to uni full time to finish my degree rather than (hopefully) part time for another 2 years to get a diploma.
