  • Chicme,

We are glad you are with your son and have been to see the GP also. The out pouring of emotion may have been necessary as a natural release and some say it is very therapeutic. Now you can have some time to think about the best way forward for you with the support of your sons.

Look after yourself , rest & eat well and hopefully you will feel stronger in a few days

  • well done. Take it easy, and look forward to better times coming up.

    xx

  • Take each day at a time and am glad you are getting the support you need

  • I assume you mean your sons told you ex he has to go, if so good on them. You need peace hun and you will not get it while he is there. I am also glad you had a good cry. It does us good. But I never seem to be able to cry for myself and that annoys me. But I often find myself crying and think about my daughter, only 22 and looking at the possibilty of being fitted with a wee bag, not sure of the proper name of it. That makes me cry and makes me wish for her bladder to suddenly work on its own again. So I can cry for her, which in turn probably helps me. But I want things to get better for you hun, you deserve peace xxxxx
