JUST TO POST A SHORT NOTE TO SAY IM STILL HERE HANGING ON AN STAYING AT MY SONS FOR A WHILE I JUST CANT DEAL WITH ANYTHING AT MO I DIDNT THINK ANYONE COULD CRY SO MUCH 24 HOURS IN ONE SESSION COULDN'T OPEN MY EYES .DOC HAS PUT ON 25MG ARMITRIPYLINE PLUS THE 100MG I TAKE AT NIGHT .MY SONS HAVE TOLD HIM HE HAS TN GO AN DOC TOLD HIM AS WELL . WITH ALL YOUR KIND SUPPORT SONS AN 4 MOUTH OLD GRANDDAUGHTER SHE BEAUTIFUL BLESS HER I NOW FEEL I WILL GET THERE THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH IT HELPS A LOT .BACK SOON LOVE TO ALL OF YOU XXXXXXXXXXXXX

We are glad you are with your son and have been to see the GP also. The out pouring of emotion may have been necessary as a natural release and some say it is very therapeutic. Now you can have some time to think about the best way forward for you with the support of your sons.

Look after yourself , rest & eat well and hopefully you will feel stronger in a few days

I assume you mean your sons told you ex he has to go, if so good on them. You need peace hun and you will not get it while he is there. I am also glad you had a good cry. It does us good. But I never seem to be able to cry for myself and that annoys me. But I often find myself crying and think about my daughter, only 22 and looking at the possibilty of being fitted with a wee bag, not sure of the proper name of it. That makes me cry and makes me wish for her bladder to suddenly work on its own again. So I can cry for her, which in turn probably helps me. But I want things to get better for you hun, you deserve peace xxxxx
