Shoulder pain

2 nights ago i woke and moved my shoulder blade made a funny noise now i cant move my arm shoulder or neck due to unbearable pain its burning feels like cramp achy and fingers are tingly Its a horrible feeling hard to explain. Has anyone else had this happen? I cant get in to my docs yet again. Any tips on how to ease the pain? xxx

I suggest you pop along to your local A n E department or ring your out of hours G/P and request you be seen you should never be left in such severe pain sounds dreadful,let us know how you get on x

i have shoulder pain and my left hand is cold and tingly etc,i find heat pads(bags you can heat in the microwave give temporary relief,
