painful cramps in feet

Am I on my own with my latest ache & pains being really painful cramps across the top of my feet it really is agonising leaving me unable to walk anyone any idea's,all my Doc was interested in was the pulse in my feet!!!

Your not on your own. Though my cramp is in the arches mainly, but also get it in my calves. Sorry I can't help. If I found out anything I'll post.

I suffer the same with the soles of my feet, but it also spread to the top of my feet too now. I to have to press on the pain to try and ease it. I put Voltarol gel on them and cooling gel, which does take the edge off, but it does give me sharp pains after it's first applied. I've been sent to all different doctors/hospitals and nothing has been done yet I've an appointment at the hospital at the end of January. I do have some bulging disc's in my lower back so that could have something to do with the cause. I find it more painful at night and when i put them up the pain gets worse. so have most nights being awake and only sleep once I can no longer keep my eyes open. When I been to my Hospital appointment I will post any new news.
