Oh dear, the activity would do it for me sounds like some thing
That we could not do,
Sorry I am not any good to you as I don't understand either.
If you can't do then do t even try you will be ill,
Go sick, or explain to your GP.
or you could go, make a small attempt at the job then they will
Know you can't do I expect they have to put in a report.
I expect some one in here will know, I hope so
Viv
Same here i hav an interview tmrw at the job centre il let u know what it all means
is this when a sick note runs out maybe or is it part of an appeal or after an
atos assessment
i had the same after my medical assessment i rang and asked them what it all meant and they said we get the same money but have to go to theses work related interviews that are to help us find jobs when we are able to ...so that would be never for 99.9 % of us
my letter turned up 2 months ago about theses interviews and so far ive had nothing in the post about going to one !!!
to be honest i think the so called governments trying to make it look like theres less people on disability and sick than there is ... so making it look like theres more unemployed is better ???
lets face it the government's rubbish and will always meddle and make it harder for people who cant manage work cause making it easier would be no fun for them !! soz mini rant over
ring them up hun and get them to explain it all to you , mind you i did that and promptly forgot everything the guy had said , mind you by that i mean the bits i could understand as he had a heavy Scottish accent , so my advice if you cant understand there accent ask for another person to speak to
hugs x
I was just wondering how you got on did you manage to get though and make any sense of this - it is appaling that you are being treated this way - do let us know how it goes
I rang them, I spoke to a very nice man called Ivor.
I have passed my medical, I am not fit for work at the moment.
I will be expected to attend any meetings they ask me to go to (if they ask he said)
This is to discuss returning to work in the future if I am ever found fit to return.
I have my money for a year then I will have to have another medical which will be the same as the one I had 5 or 6 weeks ago.
So I am a lot happier now I know what is happening, even if I do have to do it all again in a year.
Thanks for the support hugz to you all Xx
Id like to know how long is this going to go on for ? Medical, fail and appeal / get put in a group and get ignored till they send you for another medical. Then that process keeps going round in circles like that. Not only is it bad for our stress/ depression levels, it all has to be paid for by the taxpayer, over and over. What is the point?? Fibro is INCURABLE, but they dont seem to understand that word, and there are supposed to be medical professionals doing these medicals. B****CKS. As for these letters they send you, I wish theyd get written by someone with a brain, so we can have at least some idea of what theyre talking about !! New system please asap.... and a new government
