Kam,
I think most of us here will have had this feeling at one time or another, but you have to remember that you WILL feel better.
As you are feeling so low, I suggest an urgent visit to your GP, or if he isn't sympathetic, then go to your nearest A&E. No-one should feel as you do and not be offered urgent help, so don't be afraid to keep asking until someone listens.
In dire emergency, you can always contact Samaritans, who will listen to your troubles, and if necessary refer you to other help agencies.
Good luck and try to remain positive - with the right help your life will seem bearable again.

I know exactly how you feel I was diagnosed at 24 got thrown some leaflets some painkillers and sent out back to my life... So I worked full time and met my now husband... And crashed and burnt at 32 . Work were very helpful with time off phased in return.. Nothing helped just couldn't cope had a cople of small breakdowns over the years... Not worked for over 10 years now.... I am guessing not working or working part time may not be an option for you it wasn't for me at your age, but you sound so low at the moment , could you go to your doctors and get your meds revised.. Could he sign you off work just for a short while while you try to cope with this period... There will be good periods but you need to listen to your body ... My gp at the time used to sign me off sick for a week here and there so I could regroup...
Hugs VG x

It is just so normal to be depressed when faced with Fibro ans all it in turn throws at us and then robs us of. Go and see your GP and ask for help.
In the meantime please try to relax, have a good old cry if you need it and then think about all the things there are to be glad about. Friends, relatives, flowers, animal, sunshine, kind hearts, music, smiles, laughter .... make your own additions.
The Samaritans are wonderful to talk to - give them a call they will help you.
((((( very gentle hugs )))))

Hi Kam,
I think we all know how you feel. And seems like you've got some great advice. The only thing that keep me going is music. I have the radio on all the time. Find a station that plays your favourite music, or try internet stations. I only listen to positive music, no morbid stuff. It can help with isolation as well.
Please remember you're not alone.
Blessed love xxx
