So sorry you are in so much pain today Evie - I assume your meds aren't taking the edge off your pain or helping you much. Have you considered talking to your GP, perhaps having a review on your medication/s - this might help. Sometimes we take meds because we are prescribed them and they don't really help, or our condition changes and we need something else or just a change in dose.

In the mean time, keep warm and take care. The cold always makes our pain worse doesn't it, I hope you feel better soon - here's a hug for you (((hug)))
