Hi Tofty
That happened to me too. I spent a week in Marrakesh last year and it was over 100' most days. I felt amazing. No pain or anything. A day back here and it all returned. Radiators just aren't the same.
Piggie hugs xxxx
how wonderful a whole week without any pain. just have to win the lotto now then x
Hi Tofty, my doc said its best to move to warmer climates with low humidity. It makes you fell sooooooo much better. Ive booked for xmas and new year cos it would be nice to be pain free for a short while. best christmas pressie ever x
Totally agree, I was on a cruise in august and we visited isreal, turkey, Greece and Italy and I have never felt so good. I have to use a walking stick at home but didn't need it once whilst away! Two days after I returned I had a bad flare up and was in bed for a week! X x
I used the last of my savings and bought a hot tub, its defiantly kept me off the fentanyl, I still get pain but no where need as bad. Now I can think straight as well, an added bonus.
same here when ever im in warmer countries i feel so much better but saying that i did spend a day in bed when was last in Italy. i spend at least 3 days a week in bed and sometimes cant even lift my head off the pillow, i tell my doctors but im sure they dont believe me. gentle hugs to you all xx
Oh how I wish the heat helped me. I can find no happy medium xxxxx
Plenty of sunshine = plenty of vitamin D??
