hips locking

for a while now if when im asleep i ly on my back my hips lock and the pain is unbearable till i or my husband moves me on my side, this happened again last night it was worse than normal and all day ive kept getting shooting pains on my left side of myhip, has this happened to anyone else?

Ohh yes, I tore the ligaments over my left hip about 15 years ago and the CFS, Fibromyalgia and any virus I get decides to remind me of it big time.

Warmth helps, relaxation programmes are helpful - but the best thing is painkillers and jacuzzis and sleep.

tramadol , pregabalin are not touching the pain, and was put on trazadone people say they knocked them out ive stopped taking mine because they made my mind race with them one night i was still awake till 5.45 in the morning, im back at docs monday i need to sleep and be pain free i wish lol, its awful this isnt it?

it might be worth speaking to your GP to get them x-ray'd xxx
