I dont know pet, I complained about the lies that were put on the denial for my dla, and I'm going to ring my mla on Monday to see what else I can do, (was advised to give the reconsideration a few days), so I hope its a positive sign for you xxxxx

To be honest I am having an ongoing battle with ATOS. I directly complained to them weeks ago and we are on our fourth round of the bout now. I also have sent everything to my local MP who is so far being interested. ATOS at the moment will not back down one inch but then again Im not backing down either. Keep it up but be prepared because they will stone wall you all the way. Keep copies of everything you send and where possible send by recorded delivery (or you will get the "it must have got lost in the post" excuse) and involve your local MP and if possible CAB or similar organisation for advise. Good luck with it. xx

Ooh and just an extra though, Bizarely when I sent my complaint to ATOS they said that they were sending it on to the DWP. Perhaps ATOS and DWP have each got a department that simply repost complaints to each other lol. My point however, seriously i,s that this shows that neither one is prepared to deal with complaints or take them seriously and are simply moving them around. I believe "shuffling paper" is the expression. I worked in the Civil Service for several years and they ran special courses in Paper Shuffling. xxxx
