Government tried to delete it. There are a few really good information sites. I just cannot stay focused. copy/paste is confusing me. Wish these infections would bog off, five weeks with face still swelling and stomach still bad gunky. Maybe next week lol. Will try to get up anything urgent. This was a very helpful post - thanks very much. It has certainly allayed fears - I thought a Tribunal was a much more formal setting. If I'm ever in this position it has given me confidence to proceed with my claim, especially as you can take someone with you for support.

Thanks. Glad that it helps. Everyone should know that they can take someone with them, though I think it would be better to have them write a note to be sent in before the meeting.

Don't seem to be shaking this infection, gone all odd. Off to sleep again.
