Poor Irisjoy, sometimes it feels like your party has gatecrashers too doesn't it! Hope you feel better soon, take care!

I think I invited my self to this party and my current flare has been caused by overdoing things yesterday. I went up to the Photographer's Gallery in London for a lecture. I don't like doing out of my comfort zone so I've been stressing about it for weeks beforehand, when I got home last night I was in agony so I've had very little sleep and now feel as though I've been steam-rollered, but despite all that, I feel a great sense of achievement that I actually went as even at lunchtime yesterday I was still seriously considering chickening out.

At least now when I go back to Uni next month and I have my personal interview about what I did over the summer, I'll finally have something to tell them :)
