Hi
I have a fybro related neurological condition (caused by having chronic pain untreated for long time) it sends sharp pains and bee sting sensations over 75% of my body all the time. The only time I am pain free is when I am in a warm bubble spa submerged to the neck! The neurological signals are interrupted by the warm moving water. Try it but go easy on yourself and dont stay in too long with any health spa if you have not tried it before.

I used to use a steam room which I found beneficial, but getting showered, dry and hair drying afterwards made me exhausted so the benefit was lost by the time I got home.
oooo saunas make me really sick and I'm liable to faint.
BUT Dr Myhil is developing some research around far infrared. It is possible to get far inrared saunas that are better tolerated and can really help to detox.
Its well worth finding out about.
I'd love to buy one of these saunas but I don't have the £200

I think going in a jaccuzi is very beneficial, a short burst in the sauna I enjoy especially when I feel as if my bones have got chilled.
My boyfriend gives the best back massages ever which is even better (he has a bad back himself though which makes him so good I think but I'm worried about him overdoing it himself).
I love the massage chairs you get in shopping centres and on motorway service stations - sit well back on the chair for maximum effect!
