hi and hope your laptop is ok now i always do as cazie says and turn it off and at the wall for a few mins and unplug the wire fron the router leave it for a few mins and put wire back in the router and swith on the computer ad hopefully it should be ok i am not techy at all but i know that is what the computer shop i use always tells me to do first before i do anything else and normally it works love to you and good luck with it love diddle xx

if that doesn't work try malwarebytes scan, it's free just google it. Or you could try microsoft update as automatic update doesn't pick up everything xx
