Has anyone got or get restless legs even in the daytime

Ihave restless legs permanent now & I'm.getting even mire restless @ night time I feel I can sleep all day & stay awake all night soooo tired constantly,anyoneels get this ...

hi suwie x yes i get it all the time and in my arms, i somtimes wish i could chop my legs off the paingets so much, sending soft hugs you way

Yes! It was my legs and arms/hands. I went to my GP (after asking on here) and he gave me Quinine which has stopped it

I get that its so uncomfortable..i do get it during the day too sometimes..like today after having a soaking in the rain ? x

Hi suwie,

me too, restless legs mostly at night, just nodding off and....whoosh off they go, feels like a clock work toy being wound up and then released.

my doctor gave me Robaxin/methacarbamol, muscle relaxents they really have helped and are quite quick acting, Take them most nights and the odd time in the day if i need to.

Mention it to your doctor and see what they say

I'm going to my GP tomorrow to talk about this. I go through phases of sleeping a lot or not sleeping at all, but when I am going through "I need to sleep" phase, that's when my leg gets restless. I was actually in tears last night, I was so tired! It only recently started in my left arm and it's already in my left leg. Is it both legs that bother you?

Yes its in both legs I take tramodol but they don't seam to work but I can't go with out them in my arms yet tho hope to be seing a new doctor on Friday as I have just moved off a narrow boat & into a flat will keep you posted on the out come x

Yes, the more tired I am, the more twitchy my legs are. Very annoying and uncomfortable. Louise x

Please can someone tell me what restless legs is? I myself have fibro and have seen so many talk about this and not too sure what it is. I think I may have it but cant be sure. Help x
