has anyone on here won their esa appeal to go from wrag group to support group? (not dla) i have fibro,myofascialpain, spondylosis i lower back,facet joit probs in neck,bowel probs since bladder removal on 2008, and pelvic pain,i was wondering if anyone with fibro alone had won their case?? let me know please xsoft hugsxx

Hi I have fibro and cfs/me and i got put into the support group from wrag at the beginning of may after I asked for a re consideration , hope this is of help , Hilly xx

i have my appeal in aug so fingers crossed(i shouldn't have to feel like this but it is like a lottery,i just wondered if anyone on this site had won their appeal and got into sg,from being put in wrag group, there must be someone!!

im still waiting for my appeal either the decision or a surprise visit or a nasty letter. i have no idea. will let you all know as soon as. my sis has sever OCD and though i am not knocking her condition [as i am one of her unpaid carers as you cant be a paid carer on incapacity ben which i was on] i know how bad it is. but she has been put straight on the support group. i was put on the 'lets get you off your arse and into a none existent job' group... it just makes us ten times worse.
