Today I awoke with what I can only describe as a 'hangover headache' without ant alchohol.
I was in a bad place and only wanted to go back to sleep but had invited over a couple of friends. I didn't think that I'd cope
.
I had to push myself to tidy round and even made some scones.
When they arrived they had bought Ruby 8 months and Stanley 16 months and my day just became a fun day!
What is it about a baby's chuckle that lifts our soul and makes us forget our aches and pains. I had the most brilliant day and although they have now gone and my headache is still throbbing, I feel exhilarated.
