Hi Lally,

Was diagnosed with that about 2 months ago, came out the blue really and was a bit of a surprise. I got some meds, Amlopidine, seem to help but it's still on the high end of okish.

My doctor said it might be caused my pain, quite a common cause it appears, which i suppose makes sense.

I was diagnosed a week when i had to go for an A.tossers medical, as per previous post on here, the upshot was after an hour and a half bus ride and 20 min walk, well hobble, i got there in pain like i'd never had before, purple in the face and thinking i was going to pass out.

As the med went on the nurse said she wouldn't do the physical as she could see in my face i was in pain!!! she'd just take my blood pressure. OMG, it just went toxic, so she did no more than stop the medical and sent me home by taxi, a bit scary i can tell you. Maybe she thought i was going to keel over.

Straight to the docs and i had to monitor it for a week, slowly went down and they said it spiralled out of control because of pain and stress..ppgfftt no s**t!!

hope the headaches soon go away, please take care
