Hey please please try the Arnica gel for your aching joints muscles and every other bit of you. I gave it to a colleague at work and she has had bad wrists, doesn't know why and her 18 year old daughter was in agony and with a swollen knee and they have both found relief with this gel. If you haven't read anything from me before then please have a look at reviews and order some if you can afford to. I know its a lot of money but you can send it back if you aren't happy with it. I haven't found anyone it doesn't work for. Its from QVC and its made by SBC. Wish I could send you all some! Hope you all get some rest and some relief from your pains.

Hi Diddle,

Most of my pain is in my back and legs,i cannot get up from the sofa without help.

I know when i walk i shuffle because i cannot lift my legs to put one in front of the other.

Also a lot of pain in my shoulders and upper arms,My Mum had this and she used to say the pain moved around and we couldn't understand what she meant i certainly understand now !
