My thighs are killing me

Anyone else have is symptom, I can't sleep because of it and I can't lie on my sides because my thighs are really painful.. I don't no what to do about it c

Hi diane63, I have this with my thighs and have aggravated them by doing tai chi this morning. Which is why I'm not rushing to bed as I'm not looking forward to trying to get comfy while Hubby is sleeping next to me. It's a matter of hoping exhaustion wins over pain for me, I'm afraid! Julie xx

Ur life sounds like mine Julie lol.. It's so horrible.. I sometimes spend nights alone downstairs so my hubby can get some sleep as he gets up early... I usually start of in bed but have to get up.. So spending the night in pain hen the next day with the fatigue.. My fatigue gets so bad I find I can't talk xx

I sincerely hope that you are as pain free today as you possibly can be today? I am so sorry to read that you have been experiencing thigh pains, and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this issue.

I do have thigh pain due to my Fibro, However, thigh pain can be caused by many other problems such as varicose veins or muscle injuries. If your thigh pain is something new or persists, it may well be worth discussing the issue with your GP just to rule anything else out?

I want to wish you all the best of luck with addressing this problem and I hope that it clears up quickly for you.

hi diane63, yes my thighs ache like hell after walking or any activation at all & i always have a burning pain the whole way through them like a chinese burn, which varies in severity. hope you find something that helps, i have a freeze gel which i got from the pound shop it's the same as a more expensive one, it helps a little bit but not much, i havn't yet found anything that takes away all pain xx

Hi diane63, hope you are feeling well? You & I do sound to be very alike. My Hubby gets up early for work as well, and I worry about waking him, but he is very good about it, after an initial grump if I do wake him! Hugs, Julie63 xxx

Hi Diane, my thighs ache at nights in bed as well, I've got arnica jel that I got from amazon which helps with most aches and pains. A mc xx
