One of those days.

Hello

Well I have had one of those days, got up very stiff walked like

I had piles, but that went and I felt not to bad

Off to work felt I could do lots, and I did, going to pay for that one

Of my friends at work said, no I am find I replied. Feel good today.

Well am I paying for it now, I expect you all know the answer to that.

I wonder why we have these days when we think we can do thing

That we used to do and feel well enough to try not that it happens

Often

Then bang back it comes strange this fibro, now I am walking like

A robot with piles oh well tomorrow. Is another day

i know what you meen ,i have done that too ,not latly though as i seem to be having a flare that has lasted forever at the mo ,i hope you feel better soon xxx
