good morning ,i thought id write this blog especially to all the sufferes who cant sleep ,and who get up so early as well ,cause the fibro wont let you sleep ,i just wanted to say just because i dont comment on your blogs all the time dosnt meen that i dont read them and really feel for you all ,so big big gentle hugs to all of you xxxx

Did you get any sleep? My fibro fog is gonna be bad today as i fell asleep finally at about 6.30 awake and up and in neighbours for coffee by 8.20 lol

just taken me 10mins to write this my hands do not want to hit the right keys

i hate it when my hands dont work ,and with the fibro fog aswell ,its just sooo hard isnt it ,i got some sleep ,about 5 hours which is brilliant compared to you and others on the site ,well i hope you have a lovely day and a lovely nights sleep tonight xxx
