Hi guys I have had fun this weekend raising money for charity doing a skinny dip ...
BUT ...
I am in pain the fatigue is bad and my mental state well my family are avoiding me 
On the settee looking at the wet tent thinking I am going to have to pace, does anyone else do bad things and pay the price ? Or have you all given up ?

oh yes ive just walked 2mins to the shops, me legs are stinging like mas my feet are throbbing and I knackered, covered in sweat , so sitting here for a few hrs now
I think I am going to have to accept pacing in a much bigger way lally, I have always said the simple life but this is going to get simpler lol
I am off to the docs not washed or dressed yet maybe they would take stock if I went like this lol
