Massage Chair!

Had a go on a massage chair yesterday, I must admit it really hurt, but I kept on going until my £1 was used up, big mistake! Woke up this morning in agony all down the back of my body, when will I ever learn!

ow ow owweee u must be sooooo sore, take it really easy my matress was not giving me enuff support so i had to but a bed topper at argos cheaper than a new mattress about 65 pounds expense but worth it even if i cant dleepi feel comfortable on it. petal

Yes, feet up today, catch up tv for me I think! I got a memory foam matress topper a while ago , and can honestly say it has been a huge success, I sleep much better now, and not so stiff in the mornings. XX
