I have watched on you tube self massage using a tennis ball or small firm ball, I have a lot of neck pain which goes right up into my head, I have found this helpful at times, looks a bit strange but will try anything to help the pain, have a look on YouTube some helpful ideas

Cherry stone microwave heat bags are also useful, the texture and of course, the heat :-)

Hi buddymac48

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering with neck pain and I sincerely hope that this self massaging works well for you. I did watch a YouTube video of this myself a few months ago and it looked quit useful. Please take care of yourself.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Hello from Nurse Gladys Emanuel (open all hours) sounds like a terrific idea personally I,d rub in horse muck if it helped!! I was once shown how to use marbles in a bowl of water and rub feet all over the moving marbles as a foot massage, I,ve also got a TENS machine which can be attached to numerous muscles incl. neck so that you can get on with some of your days chores.. Thanks for any new ideas that help

I found that same thing a few years ago on youtube. It made me sore, and also didn't make one iota of difference to my back and shoulders! lol!
