Hi sarah I have not been to bed yet but for different reasons. Onm my way to greece its like running the gauntlet of pain but sure it will be worth it . My dr gave me citilopram for depression and it knocks me out hope u sleep soon x x x

Amitriptyline. A half tablet will knock you out. Kinda groggy in the morning though. Also 2 gravol work somewhat, I used gravol for 2 years every night.
