sorry not been on here again for a while have spent alot of time resting shoulder and arms playing up something wicked!

anyways been back to drs about my sleep apnea scored very high on the test to see if i had it so have to go to a sleep clinic to sort out. told her blames everything on fibro but its waking the old man up with me gasping for breath sitting bolt upright so thought id better sort it. she thinks it may solve alot of the problems with the tiredness as not having the deep sleep due to the fibro but being scared to sleep in case i dont breathe again lol.

well hopefully the sleep clinic will help ,fingers crossed ,if you can sort out the sleep it makes a world of difference xx
