My fibro birthing site a kind of hello again

Hi there been so long since being up hear. My back although not so painful it exhausts so quickly that it limits my time typing. Well here I am again , hope you all are as best as you can be and where's foggy gone, is she ok ?So many new names so glad you've found somewhere to feel at ease and may I add our kind of normal. My lower lumbar degenerate is affecting me a lot and my fibro say no more just complicates the hell out of everything. As I become slowly worse in tiny stages if you know what I mean. ive been trying to carry on but finding things I was doing like housework even the pacing isn't working so well so feeling a little low right now. Well happy new year to you all wishing you all the good things in life. Ty so very much for being there in my past posts etc and being able to learn and accept my illness this is quite a site ty xxxx

Hello lovely to see you again, sorry to learn you are having a rough time. Our dear Foggy made the decision to leave due to personal reasons and I must say she is sorely missed by all who knew her. I hope you feel some relief soon, don't be a stranger. We have lovely new members you can get to know xxx

HIYA, lovely to see you again. Sorry to read you're not so brilliant. As Lou said Foggy left and she's as ok as can be expected. Many of the old reprobates are still here with some additions, so I hope you'll find the site as useful. Pacing, despite our lectures, is not always easy, nor do we all get it right.

Hello and welcome back, always pleased to see you.

Winter is always a bad time for not feeling upbeat, it is a long slog until Easter, the nights are long and the weather is not kind.

This forum is great for sharing your troubles and the fun times.

Xx

Hi there :)

It's so lovely to see you, but I am very sorry to hear your back problems are still troubling you so much.

I can truly empathise with you.

I can see that you have been reassured that our Foggy is ok.

As you say some new names, but as Mr B says, lots of us older ones are still here.

Don't be a stranger.

Wishing you less pain and more peace

Lu xx

So glad you were able to come by. I'm sorry it is so hard for you to visit.

I know what you mean by getting worse in tiny stages, that is how mine seems to go.

I got a little bit of control with magnesium chloride oil and juicing, and stretching and a little muscle strengthening type moves.

I hope you can get some relief from your pains.

Good luck and I hope you can visit again soon.

Don't mention the tonight, talk about a bed of pain I have tried everything, don't think I have recovered from my very unsuccessfull night out. I also haven't been able to have my usual acupuncture because if the holidays and he is probably moving office. I think my back badly needs some needling 😨. Mind you I am much better off than so many so feel bad about having a moan but as we know it always seems worse in the dark hours. I've taken two of my tablets early but will have to wait until brekkie to take the others.

Has to laugh earlier the security light went on and as there have been some burglaries I struggled up to make sure everything was okay. Sitting there trying to stare through the patio door in my bedroom was the neighbours pure white cat 🐈I don't know who was more shocked him or me he was like a mini ghost. He then tried catching a mouse unsuccessfully. A mini distraction shame he went away.x

They can treat quite a few things of course iris according to what is wrong. I would advise trying to get someone who is also trained in Chinese medicine as they then look at the whole person. Heisso knowledgeable about fibromyalgia more than any ofthrmedics I've met. When I first contacted him he spoke to me for about half an hour on the phone askingmasses of questions before agreeing to see me as he didnt want me shelling out money if he couldnt help. He work s with cancer and MS patients two days a week soIknow he is a good person. Certainly worth a go. I will have to go the page is beginning to swim as the extra meds are taking effect.I would say night night if it wasn't morning.x
