Vit B12 Injections?

I have been offered Vit B12 Injections - has anyone else tried this therapy?

i have not had them but i do give them. there are those people who feel better on them.those who feel there is no diffrence. they do sting but they are good for you and generally you are on them for life after theintital two weeks intensive treatment then its every three months. My advive is if you ahve been offfered them you do need them. xxxx

I have B12 injections every month..It was intensive treatment at first and the 1x monthly..I do not have the intrinsic factor to absorb B12 so therefore have to have them for life now..As webby says, if you have been offered them, you must need them.B12 is vital for normal functioning of the brain and nervous system.xxx

hi there i was told i ad b12 def> nearly 5 years ago(think that was the start of fibro) they used to give me a buss for first couple of times but now they are just to keep my levels up > and they sting like mad for about hour after> but try them they may work for you(even if its a couple of months lol) x

i agree with you jamjam iv been having them for a couple of years now and to me they hurt like mad im such a woos!! lol but yes i suppose they do pep you up a little xx
