Fibro Fog for me is when my head feels stuffed full of cotton wool, where I cannot think straight or formulate sentences, conversing is difficult, memory is to pot, concentration is limited, reading is impossible as nothing going in. It varies from day to day, intelligence is out through the window also.... simple maths forget it! This is part of my fibro fog, thank god it is not everyday but fluctuates.

Hi charlie_red,

I can't remember! ;)

If you click on 'tags' in the blue bar at the top, then on the A-Z option and look for 'fibro fog', there are five entries for you to look at.

happy hugs, kate :)

I had my first real experience of fibro fog the other day. I felt all wolly in my head and it lasted all day. I was at work and found it so difficult to concentrate. It took me three times as long to perform any task on the computer and by the end of the day I was exhausted. I have noticed my shotr term memory is a lot worse of late and I cannot rely on myself to recall details of conversations or plans made. It's very frustrating but what can you do>
