hey, not been on been unwell with urine and (downstairs) infection.. still got urine infection after 2 lots of antibiotics but will see how it goes, very uncomfortable.. Does anyone else suffer from this? and any advice on it please?

Glad to see your back, sorry you are suffering with urine infections, i also suffer with them and i have for the last 4 an half years, i have been on antibiotics everyday for the whole 4 an half yrs.
The advice i was given was to not drink anything with cathine in also no fizzy drinks, ie coke ect no green tea and nothing with citrus in ie lemons limes ect
I hope this helps also drink plenty of water and crainberry juice

Hi diane,wonderd where you were.So sorry to hear you are having such rotten problems.
I get a lot of UTI`s,but since drinking Cranberry juice things have got better.
Suggest you get some and givr it a go.It`s yummy cold on a hot day.

Told 2 years ago i think u got fibromyalgia. 
didnt think i could have worse pain than fibro
