Hello everyone. Apologies for my absence...been busy and overwhelmed with this liver disease. (as if fibromyalgia could take a backseat🚗 to anything)
In the midst of everything I was dropped by my primary care doctor (like a hot potato)🍠
I found a lovely lady doctor, her name is Ashley👩 I really am so thankful that I found her. It took 2 months of searching...a lot of agonizing, some anger, with a bit of sorrow thrown in.
But here I am, happy to be here....missed you all ❤

Good to see you back and glad you have found this lovely doctor after months spent searching for the right one. Sorry to read of you having liver disease like you say having Fibro is enough, do take care, look forward to see you posting again x
Welcome back. Pleased to hear you have a supportive doctor as it makes all the difference. Wish I had, I am still searching! Seems in my area doctors who believe fibro even exists are very thin on the ground.
I am so pleased to hear from you. I have been wondering how you are? I remembered you had said you were possibly going to have a liver transplant in the foreseeable future ? I do hope that life has been treating well?
Hi, thanks for your compassion. I have decided NOT to have the transplant surgery, My condition is terminal and now they [you know who THEY are] tell me I have less than two [2] years to live. I said "I'll call you in 5 years!" My future does look somewhat grim, you can google "decompensated end stage liver disease with ascites prognosis" it's not very cheerful. But this is the hand I've been dealt or the path I have chosen and I will try my very best to remain positive and fill the room with love and light.
Glad you are doing better. Doctors can really let us down, mine did the same thing to me!! They like the easy cases sometimes. 😞😞😞What are the symptoms of liver disease? I have a concern about my liver from too much Tylenol. I cannot find any useful information on it. Thank you 😊 Woodycacti
