Hi All I am back.

Hi all

Just thought I would let you all know I have not disappeared on the boat just yet.

I have had another trip to the Hospital with the blues going, a week last Sunday.

I know I was ill to start with as I liked the food and as the time went on the food became more and more unpalatable (apart from the deserts which are really great)

Was told I can go home at three and did not get my meds until 6.45 so it was a bit of a wait.

Now I am waiting for a couple of weeks for an outpatients appointment so they can see if the infection has gone or if there is something more they are going to do to check it.

I have my exercises to do for breathing as well as the ones for the arthritis so in a couple of weeks I shall be fit as a fiddle, not a brilliant one but one nonetheless.

It will be a couple of days for me to get back to popping on the little posts again and when I do they will have a new title of Terry's fun post and the date I think as there are some that are not to interested in it so can just choose to ignore them, the last thing I want to do is upset anyone, so they will be censored so there is no bad words.

Anyway that is it for me tonight and it is off to bed I go.

Hi Terry, that made me smile about your experience "although not good" in hospital sounds very much like my local hospital, I always ask my visitors to bring me food in, I blame my meds for putting on weight , not realising I was eating too much crap and because of boredom. I am now on a healthy weight loss plan, run by the N.H.S watch this space lol You take care.

New to this I hope you continue to heal Terry. I was sick for over 35 years with Migraines and sinus infections and many health problems. It has been two years now and I am enjoying better health and weight loss. Take care.
