blue badge forms
Answer the questions as if your having a bad day not a good one if you have them of course lol xx good luck
If you are passed for a blue badge parking after it arrives try and apply for a free BUS PASS as well so that if you are'nt able to drive yourself anytime you can use the bus for free.
Lally, do you have high level DLA for mobility?
That is the only way I understand you can qualify for a blue badge.
Good Luck x x x x
I have COPD & ASTHMA,not quite the same as you.But it is
the blue badge that prompted me to make a comment. My friend
has a bad heart,he filled in the forms and it made him appear fitter
that he really is.No badge.I said I could only walk 100 mtrs.without
assistance got out of breathe dressing, the same for washing, going
up and down stairs etc.etc.I have my badge,he really really needs
one.Not saying you should lie,but white one here and there won't
hurt.
hi i got my badge in march i put that i could not walk more than 50 meters and that fibromyalgia is a permanenet disabillity and i was in constant pain and struggled to walk , fill it in as if it is your worse day love diddle x
I have just filled in form for Blue badge on line and all my local council wanted to know was why did I think I had a problem with parking meters??? (Well apart from the usual of course!!!) No mention of walking or how far I could walk etc. In my case walking isn't actually the problem it is parking spaces and being able to reach the tickets in barrier machines. As the worst of my problems(at this moment in time!!) are in my neck, shoulders, arms, wrists & fingers. Well, we will see. Be very interested what happens as it seemed a strange criteria for the badge. Sue x
