Do you find that when your IBS is bad, your RLS gets worse too?
I'm taking pramipexole for the RLS, and have had no problems until tonight where my IBS is playing up...just wondered if the two are connected or I'm just having a bad night?

Pramipexole can have gastro side effects, especially at first, so it could be that. You haven't been taking it long, right? When I was on Prami I ended up needing to take another med to control the side effects as I ended up with gastritis. It was thought that the med combo I was on wouldn't work, but it worked out great for me and I carried on taking Pramipexole for as long as I needed to doing that.
my doctor wont even prescribe me pramipexole due to my consultant refusing to state in his notes that i suffer with severe rls which also affects my arms, i am constantly prescribed quine but does not help one bit
