Back Pain I could do without!

Stupidity somehow have strained a part of my lower back.So more painkillers just so I can tolerate moving.I have heat pad tucked into my skirt and am imprisoned on my setee or my bed for another few days praying the pain will subside.At least I have my I phone to play with and a book to read as daytime TV is so sad in my thinking.

try to move about a little bit every hour or so hun cos you dont want to sieze up!! hugs xx

I have to move to heat up the wheat bag & to shift my snoring dogs who think its great I am sat down more.I get restless leg symptoms so this back issue is more than a pest.Gentle hugs skit

Painkillers do work I am stiff so have to force myself to walk out as sun is out hurrah
