Well went to my weekly aqua zumba class today not feeling very great lot of pain this morning, but the exercises have reduced the pain by about 40%, so I feel its worth the effort to go. Anybody else feel that swimming is beneficial?

i would love to try it xx
Find out if your local pool does classes, if not then I find swimming to be beneficial, give it a try you never know it just may help you too.
oh yes swimming helps, our pool has the temp fairly warm for the school kids (never a good time to swim) and that seems to work better than a child pool.
Pool today was lovely, think they maybe boost the heat on a Saturday night for disabled swimmers and for families on a Sunday morning,
hi hedgehog yes i swim twice a week its very benefical both phisicaly and mently x
I am a member of my local gym but haven't been for a long time, considering going back to get trainers advise. As I'm new to FM my head is full of what I should or shouldn't try, I just need to sit down and work it all out.
Any ideas about diet, have read that cutting out dairy can help anyone know about this?
Wow Aqua Zumba sounds fantastic I would love to go to one of those classes, perhaps if I was lucky enough to get to Orkney I could join you!! x x x

If you can be here by 12 pm on a Sunday you're welcome to join in
I find with the aqua zumba it's quite difficult to keep up with all the movements, as I slip on the bottom of the pool but I am going to buy a pair of pool shoes designed for pool exercise
Check your local pools, if they don't do aqua zumba see if they will set up a class
