Hi cazzie, yes i suffer like you but for me it is because i have spondilitis in my neck, the dry mouth is probably from your meds its not nice is it : /

hugs poppy xx

I too have the same - my neck is arthritic and pressing tightly against a nerve - hence constant headaches in the morning - and as to the dry mouth - as poppy said, it's most likely due to medication. And nope! It's not pleasant. I drink water all day long and well into the night - but the minute my head hits the pillow am busting to pee and usually go 3-4 times throughout the night - then my poor mouth is as dry as a desert!

Gentle hugs,

Carol x

I sometimes go to sleep with a headache and then wake up with a thumper of one. Those are the worst. They come in cycles and the worse ones are hormonal for me although there are many other triggers. Yes, I have a bottle of water by my bed at night and then need to wee several times a night which also adds to the interrupted sleep and poor sleep quality.

Ohh thanks everyone! i feel not so odd now lol.. i have gone without meds and its not . I have 2 discs one large indenting on my spinal cord in neck and its causing compression o nerves in both sides of my body.. Had the MRI which is what confirmed it..i have had some crackers of headaches but have gone sometimes but i get flare ups of them once a month lasting a week severely so to kirby yeah and the are so debilitating .. i cannot wear my hair in a pony anymore even wearing glasses (sunglasses) is too much pressure on me. I do not get nose bleeds thank heavens sould susie, and poppy its awful at times. How do we cope lol I been in bed nearly all day today think i had every symptom going so am on planet zog now and it was warm and it just made me throb and felt so heavy in my neck i needed something to hold me up.. but got ready about half 5 and went shopping. looking like a miserable so and so (although i am not or was not i always really hyper and bubbly) hate it now xx:-(

I have regular headaches, I assumed from the massive amount of tramadol and I also wake up with a dry mouth and suffer this during the day as well. I always take a drink to bed with me and make sure that no matter where I am going, I always take one out with me as well.

Maybe speak to your dr about a change in meds if this is a problem for you.

Good Luck

xx
