One of my questions

does anyone know when they are going to

have a flare, and if you do what happens

to you I think with me I get extreme tried

and then the pain starts

just wondered

ive only had fibro 4 months and have had 2 days ok and every other day agony and so tired . i wonderd what a flare was xx

For me I have pain all the time, but

some times I get it worse it mainly stays for

anything from a week some times two weeks

when I feel like this I cant do anything I cant

work I just feel unwell. and the pain is bad

Then I start to feel a bit better, still have the

pain but can put up with it, I hope this makes

sence, I am always tired which is not good

There are a few things that make me worse

one of them is asparatame which is in a lot

of diet things I now read the back of things

so this does not happen as much.

I never know when I am going to feel worse

I just wondered if anyone knew when they

were going to get a flare.

I never know when a flare will happen, although I do know what brings it on...it still takes me by surprise! I'm always in pain...so I tend to call a flare when I literally cannot get up in the morning not due to pain, but fatigue and depending on how badly I have been pushing myself, it can last from a week to 3 months! (thankfully I haven't had one that bad for a year now).

I do i am trying to note my bad times even if there is pain and odd symptoms most of the time .. I have noticed my sleep patterns start to go a bit haywire and then it bad and none of my tablets work any more ... gentle dyslexic hugs
