Random pains

Do people have pains that appear from nowhere. I had waterworks problems for a few days, now that has gone. I have trouble with my right foot, have trouble walking, worse when I have been sitting for a while. Where is it going to ache next I ask myself

This is very typical of Fibro. You would not expect pure Fibro pain to be predictable - you would expect it to jump around unpredictably because of Fibro's central nature. Localised or predictable pain tends to be due to something else, even if it's a part of having Fibro, such as myofascial pain.
