hi Everyone,

Just up, my face is like a balloon on one side again and is burning all over,

Really fed up with how ill it makes me feel but there is a good side to it ......

I get a good couple of hours deep sleep : )

just wish i could get an actual diagnosis instead of being given antihistermines as I know isnt an allergy! they dont work any ways!!

Hi Poppy, this sounds very distressing for you, sounds like you need to go back to your GP, or maybe try another one in the practice to see if they have any different ideas. Just a thought though, have you seen your dentist as maybe they would have an idea of what may be going on?? You havn't got an abcess in one of your teeth or a sinus infection have you just to be swollen on the one side?

Hi Ang no teath problems or abcess, I've had to stop wearing contact lens because my eyes swell as well.

My doctor is really good normally but the blog posted a couple of days ago about mercury in the filling has made me wonder.. so will ask my dentist about that.

My whole face is burning and the swelling can be all over or any side including my chin etc;

But you're right I need to find an answer and will get back to my doctor .
