So Im breaking up with my boyfriend...its nasty...finding it way to hard to cope with all my issues cos of some of his... 
feel so sad...sore...like im not in control over anything, even my body...just ranting really...
My friend gave me an arm massage yesterday...afterwards my forearm muscle started to swel up, like in front of our eyes! it was a MASSAGE! sake x
hi sosorry you are breaking up but if it is not working you need to be apart with fibro any stress is not good and by what you have said it sounds like you are getting alot of stress so you are best out of any situation that causes this
also if your x partner is being very supportive about your fibro and any other conddition then you really deserve better as you need someone who can help you . i hope that you get on ok and you will get stronger day by day

Aw I am really sorry to hear this and it is hard I know I have just gone thru the same thing a couple months ago.
It is such a big thing and with fibro aswel it is hard to see an end. It is sad but as diddle said if he is not supportive then you deserve more.

Thanks, he has his own shit so asked him to move out...he shouted...wouldnt talk etc... it's for the best...dont even know if we HAVE broken up...he cnt tell me...too angry! mental....just trying to be strong...bin up n down al night with running to the bathroom n stomach cramps...got my kid to look after thru all this...bad days...but yeh...it will work out for the best...cnt handle the stress of OTHER peoples crap as well as all my own x
